Installing a heat pump is a complex process and if it is not installed by a qualified installer, it will most often not be covered under warranty. It is important that you protect yourself by getting your heat pump installed by a professional. Connection to the power supply must be completed by a Licensed Electrical Worker, who must provide you with an Electrical Certificate of Compliance (CoC) or an Electrical Safety Certificate (ESC) upon completion.

Besides reducing humidity, this function automatically controls temperature and airflow rate and will cleverly switch into cooling mode if the room temperature rises too much.

This mode limits the maximum power consumed by the system preventing the tripping of your circuit breaker should you have other household appliances operating simultaneously with your heat pump.
