North Island Shipping

South Island Shipping

Delivery Timeframes

Returns

Heat Pumps & Ventilation Systems
Due to the nature of installed heating, cooling and ventilation systems, heat pumps and ventilation systems cannot be returned once installed.
If your system develops a fault, it will be assessed and repaired in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and any applicable manufacturer warranty.

Diagnose the issue
Repair the system
Replace faulty components covered under warranty
If you believe there is a fault with your heat pump or ventilation system, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a service inspection and get it resolved for you promptly..
